I would suggest duplicating the image layer that you are working on, applying the invert effect and then deleting the parts that you don't want inverted. :)

Can you tell me if its possible to automatically swap colors of the whole picture to what I saw when I marked the text? I dont want to use copy screen option. There has to be an easy way of doing it.
