I wrote this tutorial myself, but I'm sure there are many tutorials on this on the net, it's a really basic thing.

Copy the image from google image search that you want to use. Open Photoshop and make a new image (CTRL+N). Press ENTER and paste the tattoo into the image (CTRL+V). Hi and welcome to DEVPPL b3x.

I think it looks pretty good, but the nose of the "dragon" is white, I think you should change that to transperant.

try lowering the opacity or using a blend mode, it will help it look more a part of you, and less, just pasted over.. Also use the liqufy tool and try bending it in some places. I think it looks good.
