			<title>Photoshop Tutorial: Green Lightning</title>

				<description><![CDATA[  Make a new picture (CTRL+N) i used the format 480x480 pixels.
<br />
<br />Press 'D' to reset the colors
<br />
<br />Click on 'Gradient Tool' and set 'Foreground to Background', and set
Mode to Difference. (look at the image below)

<br />Now just make alot of gradients in the image until the whole image is
filled with gradients. It should look something like this you you'redone:

<br />Now duplicate the layer by rightclicking on it and click on Duplicate
Layer, set Blend Mode to Multiply and click on Edit > Transform > Rotate 90
CW. Repead that three times, you should now have 4 layers in the
layer-window and your image should look something likethis:
