<br />First fill a new document with the pictures you want to use.  Make
sure there are little or no gap between the pictures and keep in mind that
this will be a repeating pattern, so try to make the pictures as random as
possible, for best results use manypictures.

<br />Do a Edit-Define Pattern, give it a name, and pressOK.

<br />In a new document do an Edit - Fill.  If the fill is to big, undo the
fill (ctrl+z) then go to image - image size, and change the resolution to a
higher size, then press ok.

<br />If done correctly it should look similar to below.  I didn't use
enough pictures so there is a definite pattern that is visible.
