so all that said Nighthawk is right about the proc but mem now you'll find 3+GB more useful and honestly prebuilts now seldom have less than 3GB.

Just go to bestbuy and poke around, anything you get will be a world of improvement.

I have got a XPS 420, and its amazing had it for quite a while now and haven't had any problems. Mine came with monitor, keyboard, mouse but you get to choose all that when you order...so if you've got a descent set then you might as well keep them.

Before I got this I was a bit dubious about Dell, but it has been brilliant, thoroughly recommend it. Also im guessing the 430 will be better than my 420

I know this is not the right place to post this but please, I need fast help. When I open a project in Photoshop CS3 it says "Cannot find the missing module blablabla versioncue.dll". I've searched around a little and found someone who said that 2 updates would fix it. I downloaded the updates but when I started to install it said "Can't find the product to update".

For some extra info, I just reformated comp and I've considered it might be something about missing files or something and if so, can someone add davvemannen@hotmail.com and send to me because this is important. This is also because I have a schoolproject where Photoshop will be needed.

Please help!

hi guys, got a problem here with some of my computers. For example. you are inside the game. and you are going to press F5, the game your are playing will be minimized and the search window will appear. another example is that, when typing the username and password, the run window will appear or the search window will appear. High temperature of cd/dvd burner could only destroy that device, it cannot crash you pc. 67 degrees is not a lot (I've seen Intel working on 96 C), but should be lower. I would recommend you to take your pc to repair shop and ask them to clean it properly (this may include removing cooler from cpu and putting fresh thermal paste), and test your power supply. This is the best way, they have all the tools to do the job.

One thing that you could do is to test your memory. Use bootable (this is important, do not run test from windows) version of memtest or goldmemory, burn then on the cd, and run test for at least two hours, that's minimum time, five hours is recommended time. If your memory show any errors within two hours replace it.

all of this on win xp 32bit.

i cant even begin to explain how happy i am with this system. This is my first new build in 5 years.

My last build was: XFX KT-400 ANB w/1800xp oc'd to 1916mhz. ATI Radeon 9000 AGP, antec 330w ps, 1.5gb pc2700, (PNY 7600gs agp and Thermal take 600w at the end of its life) as well as various hard drives and cdroms through the years but you get the idea of speed difference.

Here is what is happening:

We have installed FMS and used all of the default settings.

I created a "sample" folder under the applications folder. I also added a _defInst_ folder:
C:\Program Files\Macromedia\Flash Media Server 2\applications\sample\_defInst_

I then went to Flash 8 and created a test Flash Document and attempted to import the flv video file... however I get the following error:
