Save for Web is Grayed Out in CS2

Postby 2hip2b4real on Sat Jun 09, 2007 9:30 pm

I'm trying to get my save for Web feature working in CS2 for Mac. Can anyone suggest a way to do this? Thanks.

What mode is the image in? Grayscale, RGB, CMYK, Lab, Multichannel?

In my PS, whenever an image is in multichannel mode that option is grayed out.

It's in RGB mode. There is some info on the Adobe website saying that in order to save for web you need a plugin for that to function.

hmmm... i would try resetting the preferences file and see if that helps. Press ctrl+alt+shift while PS is opening and say yes to the dialoge that comes up.

Let us know if that works.
