Hi
When you save a selection, it appears as an Alpha layer in the Channels Pallette, and you can drag this onto another open file. Hold down Control and click on the name of the chanel to get you selection.

thanx for your help, i tried what you said and it works ok. but i found a shorter way, the reason i wanted to load the selection was to crop images as fast and possible, so i'd have ready the size it would be (the selection saved), but what i did was establish the ratio or the size on the selection marquee, then copied and pasted on a new file and then i got it done. thanks anyway for your help, but it's not unappreciated, now i know something else about PS. thanx
