That was the last saved version and it hadn't been changed since it had been saved :(
I have started again but now when I open the saved verison of that I get:

In Mac Cmd+Shift+Backspace brings up a dialog box that allows you to do this. Probably the same in Windows only Ctrl instead on Cmd.
