previously, i always made the animation manually. frame by frame.

i'm not a game fan anymore at the moment.
back to early 90's, prince of persia is the best game.
it's kind of action adventure game. the goal is to save our princess who's captured by wicked vizier.
at that time, the smoothness of the animation (the character's movement) of this game was amazing.

I like how you have the little pop-ups that show the avatar and follow the mouse, what kind of programming do you use to make something like that? very good on the contrary, i found that this "popup" is a little annoying. :D (sorry, i dont mean to be rude) it blocks our view cos the size is too big...

as far as i know, you dont need to select the frames to save them as animated gif. just select menu "file :: save optimized as...". and please remember that not all image editors / image viewers can display animated gif. in this case, they just simply show the first frame of the image. the simplest ...
