I would like to try Overclocking my CPU, but my BIOs doesn't give me the option. I've tried updating the BIOs, but still no CPU options, am I at a loss here?

Ok A friend at school showed me Ubuntu at school and i thought it was kick ass so i want it to go on my second hard drive. I went to Ubuntu.com and downloaded the iso image then burn that to a CD and then what? The only thing i knew to do was restart and go to the boot menu but that just started win...
