I found this awesome site for C and C++ and it also mantioned a gaming system by the name of allegro, I went to download it and caught some issues, I have been waiting to ask about this.

Does anyone know a good place to download Allegro? If so explain the other directions to me.

I want to make a forum for my new site but everything is so confusing. Can someone give me a code and then I code work it out from there? I want just a basic forum code I can just put on my site? Or just a site that might help?
