hi there, nice work, i think i know an alternative way that would work better though, had a 5min go at it, so might not be perfect, tell me what you think and i can give a step-to-step tut if you like it

If u want i can do paint jobs on it, so u can see it with shadings and such. I guess i can do the outline as well if thats what you want, but it would look more real, and prolly be easier to choose, if u had em with details.

Forum clock.

Hey admins ;)

First of all, im in love with ur forum lol.

Now 2 the problem...
The clock, that makes the "Last post by "XXXXXX", at "XX.XX"" is running 1 hour early, due to summer time, atleast i think so.

its actually very simple, the one on my sig is formed with selecting tools ( square+polygonal lasso ). Added a 1px grey stroke, a shadow and bewel and emboss+contour. Then added what ever i wanted to fill the border ( in this case a few abstract brushes )

An easy way to do it is select the thing you want to gray, and go to image->Hue/Saturation ( Ctrl+U ), and press colorize. Drop the Saturation to 0 and move the lighting to level of gray.

i know not all sigs need borders, and that not every1 want borders but it was an idea for him, as i've noticed he never really uses them, could be nice trying something new every once in a while. Just trying to help him out really ;)
