Send date and time between VB6 till .Net using COM

I need help to find out if there are any known problems in the translation between VB6 and .Net when using a COM.
In the project a date and time variabel is send from VB6 to a COM-object that is a interface for a COM+ component. And I suspect that it doesn't translate correctly.
