in sigs, how do you make it so the character or object is like cut out of floating, it looks like you cut it out but its such a clean cut

how do you put a pic to another pic?

the only way i know is by clone tool

Okay, you need to explain in what way?

You can always select your image (rectangular tool, circular, ctrl + click layer, you pick .. )
Then hit ctrl + x (or c, depends on if you want to cut it out or just copy it) and then ctrl + v to paste it where ever you want.

If it's an image from the web, just copy paste it into photoshop.
