Hi. I'm looking for someone can help me. Someone made a

program for me so I can draw using my head piece due to

Cerebral Palsy. I am looking for someone to put an add-on on it.

I want glitter effect, but not all the time. It has 16 colors, 7

shades. I dont know what version of vb he used. If you can help

easier for me to get notes there instead of coming here.
