Hi every one I am currently doing some SEO on my website and have a small problem.
I am using IBP (Internet Business Promoter (IBP) is a website promotion software tool. IBP helps you get high search engine rankings) and IBP analizes my website and give me a report about things i should change to maximize my website.
Here is my problem my website is a hostgator plesk sitebuilder web site template it is hosted by hostgator.
my IBP report is including my title and my page links as part of my body text recently i have found out through the hostgator support that all site builder templates are doing this and they have said that i should edit my html code to rectify this problem if any one no how i can do this and stop this by editing my html code or any other way i would be so grate full

the words in red are my website title and my web page links which are not part of my body text but are being included in my body text
the words in blue are my <h1> headline text which is the first text in my body text which should be the start of my body text
the words in green are the first sentence of my body text which should be the start of my body text
all the above is included in my body text and it is making my website keywords too rich. How do i stop my title and my page links being part of my body text is there some html coding i should use to stop this any help would be appreciated please be aware that i have dyslexia and some time i find working with html code a little confusing so if there is some thing that i should put in my html code that would stop or block this from happening could you please provide the code in full html code form this will help me so much
