Highlight the 'Complete an offer copy' reflection layer.
Go to the move tool (v)
Tap the up arrow key twice, and the right arrow key once to move the layer to it's new position. Tapping the arrow keys move the reflection one pixel at a time.
This should fix your problem. However, I have an additional suggestion:
On your reflection layers, add a layer mask and create a simple white to black gradient (using the gradient tool (g)). Make the white part at the top, and the black part at the bottom. This will have the effect of fading the reflection as it gets farther away from the text, something that happens with real reflections. I think it will give them the 'pop' you're looking for. Oh, and when I tried, I increased the opacity to 15%- but that's up to you.
Hope this helps.
