I like to make websites and I'm a pretty good flash programmer and my entire website is going to be flash. However, I am adding forums to it which obviously cannot be flash. Could someone tell me about how much it would cost (in U.S. Dollars) to create a forums skin for phpBB Fully Modded version (I don't think it is any harder to make a modded forums skin since the modded parts all run off of the same colors as the rest of the site) which would feature similar colors and styles as the Halo 2 menu screen:

So, how much do you think a programmer would want to get paid for a job like this and is there anyone here who thinks that they are a very good CSS styler who would like to take this offer?
