Tattoo design

Hi everybody, this year id like a tattoo and i've been thinking bout a design for a bit, this morning got a good idea and since my skills stop to put pictures together id need a skilled hand to help me out!

So the thing is, id like to make it look more realistic, and better looking with shades are stuff arounds the symbols but i'm no more than a begginner with photoshop so id like hints and/or some sample of someone working a bit my design out. Thanks in advance.

Also! It has a long shape because im doing it on the back of my arm or my forearm.

first tatoo?
whatever you bring to the parlor will be re-drawn by the artist there. He/She will take your image and make a transfer of it so that it can be traced. Let the artist do the shading they are the pros and a printed up photoshop won't do too much for the tat artist.

I forgot to add;

that design idea will look slick down the back of your arm! bring in what you have now, maybe add a few shadows
