Hey Tanzim,

Very nice clean design. I really like the menu bar and the animation there. It's a really neat 3d effect you've got going on there.

The only thing I didn't like from the quick look around I had was the inputs in the top right. When they were rolled over they jumped up and it looked a little weird. I think it might be more effective of they highlighted instead. Or at least retain their original shape. I just don't think it's the best idea to have the input jumping away from the user when they go to click it.

Other than that, very sharp. I enjoy the design and colour combo.

I agree with everything dflynn.

The navigation is really really nice, best ive seen in a while. The only thing letting the page down is the login for at the top. As well as it moving when you hover over it, it also looks abit out of place generally, I think a cleaner design would look nicer.
