I am using a pre-set css template in dreamweaver, i'm wondering if there's anyway i can lock the bottom part of the pre set div. HELP

Lock?!..You mean you want it to in the bottom at all times?! If so.. then adding style="position:fixed;" in the <div> would work.

See if it helps :D
