textbox retrieve help

hi,please help with one question.i want to retrieve TimeTo and TimeFrom from the fixed time hours from the record.now don't know how to get start to retrieve TimeFrom And TimeTO.when select the category of OT working day and the employeeName selected from msflexgrid.column of Shift the TimeFrom and TimeTO will refer to the condition display the fixed TimeFrom,TimeTO only.

for example:
1)select the category working day =Normal
2)select checked checkbox from msflexgrid shift column = Normal
3)if the category working day =Normal and selected checkbox shift column = Normal ,Timefrom.text and Timeto.text will come back the fixed time.
category of OT working day =Normal ,Employeename Shift=Normal =TimeFrom:8:00am,9:00am,10:00 ,TimeTO:3:00PM,4:00pm,5:00pm
category of OT working day =PH ,Employeename Shift=A
=TimeFrom:7:00am,8:00am, ,TimeTO:5:00pm,7:00pm
