Yes, this is what I was suggesting - obviously some confusion over that so I'll clarify: you would be able to navigate from slide to slide. All I meant by the term 'marquee' is that the image would slide from one to the next, instead of just cutting, so you'd be able to get a feel for the image as a whole...
I'll have a crack at this this weekend if everyone's ok with that - then you can feed back and tell me what you want to change.

Hmm - don't think that's a good idea yet. Maybe if we get HEAPS of people wanting to contribute. But at the moment the core group's only about four or five - if you start making rules about minimum numbers of entries the worm might die...
Just my opinion, tho - I'm happy enough to be overruled.
