Ok, I made a wrapper for a chocolate bar for something we are doing for our English Oral thing and now when I go to open it in Photoshop to finish it off it says... Could not complete your request because the file is empty. Any ideas on how to get it back? I'm running CS3 Extended on OSX Leopard and that's where it was created.

hi,
i have an idea but no specifics....

1. first... does file size indicate that all the graphic data is there? lilke if it zero then i don't think it can be recovered...

2. now with windows system there a variety of programs that will repair psd file... a simple search for "repair psd files" or "repair corrupted psd files" will get yo a lot of hits.. this is the results i got...
http://search.yahoo.com/search;_ylt=A0geu8ZG_R1IqvEAC6lXNyoA?p=recover+corrupted+psd+graphic+file+&fr=yfp-t-501&ei=UTF-8

note: a lot of them are shareware programs and since if your only talking about one file maybe just use the demo version to do the job...

3. what I haven't been able to find yet... is a repair program for apple machines although i'll keepe trying ... so far everything is for windows.. but I am sure there must be a apple equielevent avail..... if not then use a friends windows system and transfer the file to his and use a repair program...

well those are my thoughts....
