i know it, but somewhere I have to take some inspiration.. I´d like to browse some foreign webs to find it and to learn something more... you can look to (link-removed) if you can see how we are doing it in czech rep. bye

Make a google-images search for keywords like: 'photoshop signatures' or maybe 'forum signatures'.
To see cool effects, and to learn how to do them, check out our tutorials here in the forums, and you will see learn some cool effects.
