Well, Tiffs are sometimes in my opinion a little strange to work with, because they are also a type of file that saves with layers. and the may act different in ps, i don't know, because i don't mess with them that much... but i can remeber back when i first started using photoshop, i couldn't grasp the idea of layers and how they worked. So everyone has a period where they just don't understand it.. So stick it out, and continue posting any questions you have on DEVPPL and we'll help you get into the ryhthm of things.
