Time now on forum index

The time the forum shows on the index page is like

Code: Select all: The time now is Today - 02:28 pm

Why does it say today? That should be changed

It's a build in timescript in the forumcode. I changed it from dates to TODAY and YESTERDAY to make it easier for the visitors. But there's that problem with the now-time. I know that but I don't want to change it, because that will be very much work. :S
