Ultimative Big .flm Problem!!!!

Postby donkey_kong on Sun May 20, 2007 8:57 pm

Hey guys.

I don't know what to try anymore so i thought i should ask the Pros.
please help me because i'm very angry and also sad.
so...

i exported a filmstrip in adobe premiere 2.0 which was 277 frames long. the data size was 444MB. okay so now i imported it in photoshop CS2

and i started editing every single frame.... it took me 11 hours to do 160 of all 277 frames because I'm doing the sin city effect (black and white background / only few colored objects!) which is very hard to do.

it was very late so i had to sleep. this is why i didn't save as .flm data. I saved as a .psd data because i wanted to go on editing the layers. (the layers would have vanished if i saved as .flm)

so today i opened the psd, and came to frame 240. then i wanted to save as .flm

BUT

.... flm was not in the drop down menu for data types. i could NOT save it as a flm data. WHY IS THAT?

YESTERDAY IT WAS POSSIBLE, THE PROBLEM IS NOT THAT I HAVE 3 LAYERS I KNOW THAT BECAUSE YESTERDAY IT WAS POSSIBLE!!!!!

yesterday i saved it as a .flm ,imported it in premiere and tested it. it ran.
all perfect.

why is it today, that i can not save as .flm?

i'm sure that i didn't paint over the gray frames because i didn't edit the original background layer ;-)

tell me... please what can i do ? it's so desperate.........

i can not imagine starting again because it took me 18 hours to do 240 of 277 frames... please help me.

Adobe Premiere 2.0
Adoobe Photoshop CS 2
