URGENT COLOUR RESTORATION HELP NEEDED

Here we got here is the coloured one to sample from.. and another one that needs to be repaired? if you could help out itd be muchly appreciated.. it got ruined in a water leak in our school and they are trying to restore the picture but not even computer teacher knows much about photoshop.. so please help.



Also the colourless picture needs to be resized to the same size as the coloured one when finsihed keep that in mind.

Simply a restoration job, then lots of layers with 'color' blending mode taken from the reference pic.

That is very well done thank you.. just outta curiousity.. this gets framed with the grad classess so if it can be made any better thatd be muchly appreciated but as of now ill be using this one. Also do u have the psd ? or the file u worked with..
