Dear Benz, i know maybe this is too late to answer your problem but still i'll try.
first, you can trace the logo using pen tool, make the text part and the circle shape on a different layers. after that you can give the text part with a regular linear gradient effect with the right color and dont forget to give it an outline, plus you must put a dorp shadow effect
Second, for the highlight of blue and green part you can use mesh gradient tool (you can search for the tutorial on the net, i usually search on
www.pixel2life.com)
and there you go....finish!
