Flash CS3 preloader not working in IE7!!!!???

My flash cs3 preloader is not working in IE7...it works fine in Firefox, Safari, Opera and Chrome, but not in IE7...help!!! Why is that happening? Anyone of you encountered this problem before? And here's the link to the webpage:
