Hi... I converted file from wmv to flv, and the size of the file jump from 9 mb to 142 mb, why is that? Isn't flash file should be smaller than regular video file? thank you... |

I'm not sure of the specifics of flash, however I suspect you will be able to set the compression settings. Sounds like you are saving the .flv with more frames per second, higher resolution, less compression etc than the .wmv was saved at. |

It's all about compression ratios, and possibly also the size of the video (height and width). Just like a JPG is way smaller than a BMP or TIF image. |

for converting video to flash I use Video to Flash Converter Pro 5.7 ( geovid ). Must help... |
