Express Edition 2008: Web Browser Trouble.
http://i44.tinypic.com/9sdzf9.jpg is a demonstation, look @ the far right. the buttons are cut off on my PC with 1400x900 resolution vs my 1200x800 laptop, the laptop is what i made the web browser on
