heres my full tutorial on how to make an over hanging signature i did not steal this form anouther site, i figured this all out on my own...please put it in right section i thinck its good..well here i go.
1st step open up a sig background you already have saved as a jpg ill use this.
find a nice picture you want ill be using somethign random.
got file>new make it a bit taller or a bit wider were ever u want pic to hang over and make sure you lick transparent box.
than on ur old .jpg pic right click and click duplicate layer and select ur new transparent document
than import you new pic and have some over hangign your background like this.
than u can add text or whatever you want just when u brush make sure it doesnt go onto the transparent part. than click file>saveforweb than a new wiondow will open and clcik save at the top right than post it in the forums or what ever and you shoulkd have soemthign liek this
the transparent part will blen into anybackground on it own great for different color forums.
