Photoshop Tutorial: Bubbles

Okay lets start

1. start with a new document: 500 x 500
transparent
2. fill it with black
3. create a new layer (ctrl + n)
4. take the elliptical marquee tool and fill the layer with white dots like I have done on the picture.

5. than go to filter > ditort > twirl with a angel of 216

6 merge the two layers together (ctrl+E)
7. go to filter > artistic > neon glow choos wathever collor you like I choos bleu

and set the glow size to 5 and the glow britghness to 20
8. duplecate the layer (ctrl+J) set layer made to lighten and rotate 90CW
9. duplacate the layer (make sure you have the top layer) rotate 90 CW
10. duplacate the layer again (again the top layer) and rotate 90 CW
11. duplacate the layer again and flip horizontal
12. duplacate the layer (almost there ) and rotate 90CW
13. duplacate the layer again (last one) and rotate it 90 CW again
and you are ready that’s it

optional

14. if you want u can adjust the collors of the layers (ctrl+u or ctrl+b)

Well... i tried making it... but it didnt look like bubbles, so i made them all different colors!

but i don't get why they didn't look like bubbels

i dont know... The step where you do the neon glow... Mine just didnt look like yours... so i continued with the tutorial, i duplicated the layers and rotated them like you said... but then i just did different colors for each of the layers.

maybe if you make the glow size smaller they will look more like bubbels

ooops!!! I did the size 20 and the brightness 5.... not the other way around!
