Need some help with a pic

Long story short, I need to make this http://img21.imageshack.us/img21/9103/talvisempiversio.jpg pic where I pose as the main character from the hitman series more appealing and if possible, more "action movie-like". It's ok at the moment, but I think it could be better, I think it's mostly the colors that need some improving.

Both tips and especially shopping done by others will be greatly appreciated :D
