Had this site for a while but not had the time to do anything with it and am considering selling it to someone who can do something with it.

It needs a few pages like terms and conditions, about us etc updating and also needs some more products uploading.
I have resale rights to all the ebooks listed on the site and also have about another 100 ebooks in a rar file with resale rights which can be uploaded.
The site has had some basic SEO done including submission to Google, Yahoo, MSN, Google sitemap etc. It gets some traffic but not a massive amount. I will be happy to provide some stats to anyone who is interested.
I'm selling the domain, all code and database dump. It is based on the osCommerce shopping cart.
