Visual Basic DVD multimedia question

We are trying to update a DVD that has review material for students. The original files are lost. The people are gone.
How do I get the data off the disk for updating?
There are 215mb of data and the DVD is written in ISO9660 Joliet format. Completion date is Sunday April 1, 2007. [no pun intended]

The DVD, I think was created in Visual Basic. When you insert it (Win2000 and WinXP) it installs and then lets you choose from vocabulary, sample images, review questions etc. The review questions work this way:
The question is spoken (audio fileplayed) then you choose from the popup answers. Wrong answer results in correct answer with explanation.

On the disk are four files:
readme.txt
autorun.inf
ReviewDVD-Math.ico
ReviewSetup.exe

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
