Web browser window problem

Hi!. I having a problem with my page. When I open a web browser window, for example the bookmark window, it moves the elements of my page (banner, text, etc.). How could I correct this problem?

try copy/pasting the code from mprevious pages to make sure you didn't change anything by accident.
