Webhosting Layout *Looking for Criticism*

This layout is for a new hosting company I am making. Overall I like it, I didn't want to conform to much to conventions of typical hosting sites so it has some originality. Just let me know what might look better being changed or how you, being the audience, would like it to look when you see it.

ok all in all very nice very clean the only Criticism is the black bar at the bottom it is to much its like a blemish on a perfect face it stands out like a sore thumb and the shadow around it makes it all the more out of place

I would personly make it part of the footer with same style as the top banner or just change the black to the green and loose the shadow

apart from that its very nice
