Malcolm could be right :) I have some Seagate's and they still work like a charm. However, I've had two Maxtor's that stopped working on me. One of them, 40Gb 5400rpm, started getting a bit weird. When my system was on, it would start running and stop right after that again. This would go on as long as the system was running. Wasn't funny :/
