Hello!
I am new to this forum. My name is Andrei Bilan and I am a 25 year-old graphic designer from Romania. I am an Adobe Certified Expert since 2005 and I recently started a tutorial blog http://www.andreibilan.blogspot.com. Here is my latest Photoshop creation:
