Make sure you have a keyword rich domain name.
Make sure your website talks about it!
Use the keyword keyphrase in the Title, Description, Header or H1 Tags, Link Text, Alt Text, Body Text.
Then get the page indexed.
Then promote that page/site from offsite using the keywords and keyphrases in the link text also known as anchor text.
Look at your competitors site and go hunting down their backlinks and add some of your own.
