Is anybody using the Windows Vista Beta or planning to?

I'd like to give it ago but how do you know if your PC is ready for it?

Not sure what your asking really but this link will tell you the system requirements.

or you can use the beta program on this page to check if your system is upto running Vista.

But you must remember that if your only just covering the basic requirements, then your gonna run other programs very slowly if at all cos your system is all ready strugling to run just the OS.

Yeah it is definatly a system resource hog and even if your system can run Vista it is still very advisable to up your RAM cos the amount it uses dont leave much for other programs.

I am ok on my new rig but my old Dell rig would not be able to run it mainly cos the graphics card is not good enough, but also only just has min requirement for RAM too.
