I am a web designer and do not know too much about javascript but I redesigned a website and I also tryed to update some JS libraries like jquery which was in the version 1.7 and I upated to 1.9. The problem is that the js file was named script_external.js and I just copied/pasted the 1.9 version code inside and many users have in their brwoser script_external.js with the old version and their browsers do not want to request the new version. I think the problem is because the file has the same name!

So,it may not look a problem but it's a big problem!New users when open the website at sitepor500.com.br that has a new design see it right with no errors but old users see it very diffrent because they are caching old libraries versions!

How can I force the browser to download the new libraries since they have the same name and just the content was changed?
